How fast can I come in after I schedule?

In most cases, we can schedule you in the shop within 24-48 hours. TMSC provides services on a first scheduled, first serviced basis.

Do I have to backup my Mac before I come in?

Yes. TMSC can easily backup your data before service, but will be charged hourly shop rate.

Does TMSC repair damaged hardware?

No. Currently, TMSC does not offer hardware repair or component replacement outside of SSD hard-drives or memory. We refer all hardware-level repair or component replacement to Apple.

Does TMSC provide data recovery?

Yes. However, critically damaged or malfunctioning hard drives or storage devices will be referred to Drive Savers in Novato.

Does TMSC repair damaged iOS screens?

No. Currently, TMSC does not provide screen or component repair for iPhones, iPods, or iPads.

Does TMSC sell merchandise?

Yes. TMSC sells solid state hard drives (SSD), memory kits, external storage, and most cloud based software. We do not sell Apple products.

Does TMSC offer walk-ins?

Currently, we only provide services by appointment (themacsupportcompany.com/contact-us).

Does TMSC sell or buy Macs?

No.

What are TMSC store hours?

The Mac Support Company service hours are currently by appointment only (themacsupportcompany.com/contact-us).

Does TMSC guarantee their work?
Yes. TMSC stands behind every service we provide.
Does TMSC provide phone support?

No. TMSC is shop-based support and only provides person-to-person in-house support.

Does TMSC offer business or home services?

No. But TMSC parent company BizMacs, Inc (bizmacs.com) offers business services and HomeMacs (homemacs.com) offers home services.
